Go Huskies!

We attended the Husky football game (that would be the University of Washington in Seattle to those living out of state) on Saturday. Beautiful day, thousands of people tailgating outside the stadium.


At Husky stadium, the affluent also arrive by boat, and presumably do "boat-gating."


It was "Band Day" at Husky stadium, with perhaps 3,000 band members on the field at half-time from various high schools around the state.


The Huskies beat the Fresno State Bulldogs. The newspapers called it an upset, but I expect the Huskies, a Pac-10 team, to beat any WAC team.
